is it compatible with Brita filters?

It does work with brita but make sure the filter is put in correctly - I had to rotate mine twice until the filter dropped in and sat below the rim of the brita.

Do these fit Brita Stream?

No! The description clearly says they fit all Brita containers EXCEPT the Brita Stream.

Does it fit the Kirkland water filter pitcher?

It fits my Kirkland Water Filter perfectly. I just make double sure that the inside of the upper chamber lines up with the filters groves. It will be snug but again I have two of Kirkland water filters & I’ve had zero problems.

Is this compatible with PUR dispenser??

No it is not compatible with the PUR dispensers. It is compatible with Brita dispensers
