These things are worth every penny! Honestly, I've never taken a supplement like this in my life that worked this well. If I start feeling run down or like I'm about to get sick and I start taking this right away following the instructions, it will literally stop a cold in its tracks before it takes hold! I almost never get sick anymore because I keep this stuff around the house all the time. The last time I got sick it was because it happened very fast while I was sleeping. I went to bed feeling okay and I woke up with a cold. That almost never happens. If I'm awake and I feel run down and "off" I just take this stuff all day and I start feeling way better by the end of the day. I hope I never have to do without this. I keep a big giant bottle in the house to refill my smaller bottle of Dr Shen's. When I'm traveling I also take some with me so that if I feel run down I can take it and keep from getting sick while traveling.

We've been taking these pills for years at the first sign of anything cold or flu related. They give me a little boost of energy that I wouldn't have had, and they seem to lesson the duration and severity of the symptoms.

It has been my go to when I experience cold symptoms beginning. It has helped to shorten or prevent me from getting sick.

My son came down with a bad cold. I started taking Dr. Shens Yin Chiao right away. So far, no signs of a cold for me. I appreciate that I have experienced no side effects. The pills are small but a little thick. I had no issues taking them.

Take (3), 3-4x in first 24 hrs of symptoms appearing. Then stop- doesn’t work after that. Like right when you feel that tickle in throat before you go to bed. If you wait til morning, it’s too late for Yin Chaio. I keep all my adult kids stocked with a bottle in their house. We swear by it. And if you forget or take too late, fill sink w steam, drop 2-3 drops eucalyptus and lavendar essential oil and steam with towel covering head/sink for 10 min 2-3x/day til a day after you feel better. Miraculous if you stick with it and set a timer.

This Works! Every time we start to feel sick or run down we take these. Works every time!! I make sure both of my kids have these stocked in their medicine cabinets year round!!

These are half the price per tablet, if you can find them in your local health food store. Of course they work, when taken as directed at the first sign of a cold. And lay off the yin stuff!

I rely on Dr Shen's products to keep me healthy through cold season. If I take this at the first sign of a cold I can either completely ward it off or keep it at a very low level. I also take the along whenever I travel. Highly recommended.
