It's a pretty good backpack and holds up well in the important areas, however the zipper tabs have all broken/fallen off one by one over the past few months (I use various keychains in their place). I saw some review mention that the buttons on the front flap may rip out, and I have noticed that that magnetic grip is extremely strong and could see how it could cause a rip, but it works fine if you open it carefully and near the button. My final complaint is that the backpack straps are surprisingly short -- I always have them completely extended, and I'm not a tall person!On the other hand, the separation of the 2 main compartments is excellent and very useful. And it's cute.

I'm really loving this backpack. I've had it few months and it's had no issues with wear. It's got a great compartment for my laptop, and the charging port (yes, you need to supply the battery, obviously) is really handy - especially for Pokemon Go. It came with an extension cable but my regular charging cable works just fine going through the hole. Lots of pockets, zippers. And really a great price, too!Update: Now I've had this backpack for YEARS and it's still great. The zipper tassels fell off, but everything else remains in great condition. I couldn't be happier. I actually bought a second for the distant future in case they ever stop making it and this one wears out!

Because Amazon had flagged this backpack and frequantly return, because it was cited as being too small, I was a bit hesitant to order it. However, because it was returnable, I went ahead and ordered. I was looking for small backpack than what I had formerly and this one fit the bill. I wanted a backpack which could carry my laptop and a few books. I did not want a huge backpack that I would be tempted to fill up. I did not to be carrying around a bunch of stuff which I don't usually need. So this backpack forced me to carry only what I need or might need. I think it's a great size and I would most certainly order it again. It has 2 large compartments. The back compartment has a divider to keep your laptop seprate from any books you might have. The other compartment is not divided, but it does have a zippered compartment and several small sleeves for holding pens and such. The front compartment closes with magnetic catches and has room for odds and ends. It's very comfortable to wear and does not chaff. I like the tan look and the fabric seems durable and resistant to water. The design of the pack makes things easily accessible and it's very versitial because you could easily use this for work or even a weekend trip.

I like the bag for its design and compartments. However, the metal that connects the leather tags so you can open the bag is cheaply made. I have had this bag less than a year and use it on average once a month for a laptop and iPad & sometimes clothes. Two of these have fallen off and I’ve lost one of them. Not thrilled about that. Other than that. Pretty good.
