It was a nice 8 mm Hugh of pink semi precious bead.

Decent, many come with the holes double drilled. Always a handful that are damaged. But overall good enough.

Der Hämatit wird nämlich gerne mal mit Magnetiten gefälscht. Die wiederum sind magnetisch und haften entsprechend. Der echte Hämatit ist nicht magnetisch. Deshalb kann ich diese Hämatit Perlen wärmstens empfehlen und werde sie bei Bedarf auch wieder bestellen.

There were a few irregularities in some of the beads so it looked like they could've been real, then I found the one with the chip. They're not even synthetic crystal, just some kind of ceramic with a thin coating. I shelled out for two of these. I'm so angry. Synthetic crystal would be fine. China has plenty of great labs to do something that simple which would save digging up people's homeland. This isn't even an attempt. If they were labelled and priced as ceramic beads, fine. But don't call them something specific like obsidian when they're cheap fakes.
