Nice and clear, installed them myself ((did not have the testosterone that day to go into the Gun Shop and ask for help) with a small mallet and to removed the front site (Glock) by grinding a quarter inch socket completely flat with a sand belter so it could grip that tiny nut which is almost flush with with The slide. I suppose you could get the Glock tool but that's all it is, just quarter inch socket flat.

These are a must have for anyone. At first, I thought they were not bright enough but in the dark they are amazing.

I bought 3 of these sights for all light conditions. I replaced some aging Trijicons, Meprolight, and SigLite sights. These are by far much brighter in both day time and lowlight conditions. Installation was easy enough except for the Sig * Ill elaborate more at end. Pistols were a Gen 1 Glock21 in .45, a Gen 4 G23 in .40S&W and a Sig Sauer P226 Dark elite 9mm. My eyes are aging to the point I need reading glasses. This has become a problem shooting pistols, I can wear a split bi-focal but it hampers any long distance shooting beyond 20yds. These sights offer a much bigger and contrasted Orange front sight that is easy to see without reading glasses and both the front and rear have Fiber optic glow in really bright conditions! My only complaint was mounting on a Sig Sauer P226 witch the company does not offer a specific Part number for. I had to modify (filing down the wedge) on my sight drastically to fit my 226 dovetail on the rear. But as you can see in the pics they all mounted up nice and were not too tall or snagging clothing or holsters. I am happy with these sights and glad i can shoot very well with out reading glasses

I would give this 5 stars but I give Honest Reviews. For a Range Gun Indoor/Outdoor shooting Awesome! 5 stars For a Carry gun I would go for Trijicon night sights. There will probably be more Cons than Pro but I highly recommend these sights for its purpose! Platform: Austrian Gen 3 G17 Pros: 1) Awesome target acquisition at outdoor ranges, Extremely good at indoor ranges ( Lighting Dependent ) 2) If you shoot in comps that require only Iron sights than you can't go wrong! Cons: 1) As a previous reviewer posted the proper Gen3 screw does not do it's job and at least not on my Gen3 you have to use the provided Gen 4 screw! I have read in forums that the screw length has been an issue for a while even before Gen 4's so this should have been addressed by QA long ago! 2) This is not a Con as I have found the Tritium to be plenty bright while waking in the back on my property at night . However some have complained about the lack of brightness due to the light coming in from the fiber optics, this is why I do not agree that it should be used as a CCW! 3) This is petty., But the sights do not take up the width of the slide like stock sites. This does not take away from any functionality of the sight . It just seems like they are being cheep as all dove tail widths will be the same but slides may vary so why make a sight specific to the fire arm. I would agree other than the fact that these sights are very expensive even with Amazon discounts. 4) Sights take up a lot of real estate . If you are going to comp shoot and use a Reflex sight then you have do get rid of these sights as nothing will fit. do to the fiber optics front and back these things are long. In the end I really would give this sight 5 stars if use at the range as I feel that is has a purpose just not well rounded one. I would highly recommend this , just not as your CCW sights.

I've been using iron sights on handguns for at least 55 years. The routine of placing the three bars, or dots is something I'm used to. I have gotten used to a laser add on for one of mine, but my Glock is older and doesn't have the details for an add on laser. Instead I bought this sight and love it. It's the traditional alignment, but so much easier because you don't have to focus on both the target and the sights as much. I think having the peripheral lamination of the built in three dots gets me on target faster.

These sights were a PERFECT upgrade for my Taurus TX22. The combination of tritium and fiber optics gives you a bright, easy-to-acquire sight picture in both daylight and low-light conditions. Installation was straightforward, and once installed they felt solid and well made. The sight picture is much easier to pick up than the factory sights, making target acquisition faster and more natural. If you own a Taurus TX22 and are looking for an upgrade, these are WELL WORTH THE MONEY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fits great on my g19. Very bright day or night.
