For the price I had expected really excellent quality brushes, but unfortunately these brushes don't retain their point nor does this no.1 brush, for eg. As thin and sharp at the point as it should be..it's splitting into 2 parts, and that's definitely a no no for this price of brush. So it's a 3.5 from me. But it's good enough for young artists who can spare the money Thanks.

The brushes, especially the 2 biggest sizes very rarely hold a point. It has been rather difficult to paint with. And like an idiot I purchased 2 of the set because I thought its Princeton and they have good quality brushes. Disappointed and won’t buy again. I could give it a pass if it was extremely cheap but it’s a waste of money at 20-30AUD. I’d say save your money and buy something cheaper or better, especially since mediums like oil, acrylic gouache etc. are prone to destroying your brush quickly. Also the handles feels like a cheap hollow wood compared to all my other brushes, whether they’re cheaper than this or not.
