First off, I was pleasantly surprised by the bottle size—it’s much bigger than I expected and definitely larger than other versions I’ve tried before, which makes it feel like a good value. I bought this specifically for the half bathroom near my living room. That’s the bathroom guests usually use, and I wanted something that would help everyone feel comfortable and not embarrassed. Let’s be real—everyone uses the bathroom, and sometimes smells linger. With this being so close to our main living space, I wanted to make sure guests could feel at ease without worrying about anyone noticing afterward. The Lavender Vanilla scent is really lovely. I am a fan of the Poo-Pourri products and the lavender vanilla scent is very pleasant so I was happy to see that this larger size was so reasonably priced. My challenge has been the attached sprayer. Most of the time it will not spray. It worked for a while after I had spent too much time pumping and pumping before it finally sprayed and then stopped working again after a short time. I have finally given up and changed the sprayer with an old one from another product bottle that happened to fit this bottle. With a functional sprayer this would have been five stars. I have updated my review to 5 stars because not only is this a great product but company customer service is also great. They have offered to send me a replacement sprayer and thanked me for letting them know about the problem.
