I bought this set for a young Mexican boy for a 7th birthday gift. My son had a put together model of a tyranasaurus rex well on 40 years and loved it. Was absolutely delighted that this was available. Price was very reasonable. 6 put together wood models that could be glued together so used for re-enacting what children imagine and also could be taken apart and put away to be used again if no room for display.So, as a giver, you met every one of my expectations. My grandson is 5 and loves puzzles. He had such a great time assembling these animals. They do fall apart after awhile. We just glued them. Some we lightly painted. So much fun.

Like all those wooden puzzles, you have to file down the edges. Frustrated my 7 y/o a bit but he was able to build them. He loves the look

My son is really enjoying putting working with his hands and putting these together. The shark and octopus were assembled within hours of the puzzles arriving, and I'm expecting another 2 to be completed tonight. They are well made and go together easily with patience.
