The physical dimensions of the bag are: 6.25 in. high, 5 in. wide, & approx. 1 in. thick... The bag net wt. is 1 oz. (28.3 g)... You can place the Bird Greens in a separate container/bowl or sprinkle it in along with their other seed/food; which is what we do with our birds, just a pinch or 2 at most...

What are all the actual ingredients !

It contains Alfalfa, Parsley, Kale, Chia Seed, and Sweet Potato. It's dehydrated, except for the Chia Seeds. My Zebra Finches don't eat the little Sweet Potato bits but absolutely love this. I put it on paper towel in a little pile so they can forage for it.
