Does the patches comes with the vest

I would like the patches to be the the Service Dog In Training patches instead. Can you swap them for me. He’s a puppy and not a service dog, yet. I can’t say he is. Also, is there a patch that says please do not disturb or whatnot? And where are the attachable pouches?
