Watch out...........................

I didn't buy this specific cartridge from these guys, but I did buy a different one. Here's how it went:= toner came= toner dust leaking out everywhere.....made a mess!= I called for help.......was told to go online and follow directions= I did= sent , at my expense, my bad cartridge to the address they specified= I called for help getting my credit and my shipping money.....they ran from the phone by passing me off to no answer extensions.= disputed the charge with my credit card........but I am out the shipping of the return I didInvest in athletic shoes and .......r u n .........from these guys.Look on Yelp for more horrible reviews.So many outfits will give you a good, clean, fair deal for a toner cartridge.........who needs Matter of Fax?
