So good, you wouldn’t know it doesn’t have added sugar
I know most people really dislike fruitcake, but I am addicted to it. I have been since I was a kid, but now that I’m supposed to be an adult and curb my sugar intake, I had to cut back on my fruitcake. Until I found this one. Now I’m pretty sure it still has quite a bit of sugar in the candied fruits, but no additional sugar makes it all the more tempting. You really can’t tell from the taste that there is no added sugar. It is gooey, sweet and crunchy all at the same time! It is a little pricey, but if you cut it up into small pieces and have one piece a day, it will satisfy even the most ardent fruitcake lover!

My wife and I both love fruitcake. My wife and I both do not eat sugar because of the negative affects sugar has on health. We are always looking for sugar free options for treats and snacks and a good share of the time we are disappointed because those items cost a lot of money and some of them are absolutely awful tasting and have a dry chalky consistency. We have had a couple of different sugar free fruitcakes and they were okay. We decided to try this brand for a change and see how it was and I can say although it is a little pricey it is well worth it. The fruit is dry but not hard and you would not know it was sugar free. I highly recommend this. The downside is that we ate it too quickly and now it is gone.

balance of dried fruit, nuts, moisture, good value for money, arrived in good condition. Good option for gift giving, holiday treat. No sugar added does not cause spikes in blood. recommended brand. will order again.

Mediocre Taste - Quality Ingredients
Have had better and have had worst. If you are looking for healthier fruitcake that would be a good replacement for the not so healthy full sugar version from Collin Street - this is probably not it. The taste is acceptable but not great. If you are just looking for a healthier fruitcake option than this might work for you. They are very generous with quality ingredients.
