Can this be used on blonde hair or will it stain?

The oil is not red, very normal colored like gold or amber (not even as dark as my olive oil). I really like it but my hair is dark. It smells most strongly of sandalwood. I feel I get a faint refreshing tingle when I put it in. I've had very good luck with these Indian oils here on Amazon. I've bought at least 3 and they've all been excellent quality so far and lasted forever. I hope you find a nice one, good luck.

No, it's more like plants base, you won't smell onions on your hair.
