I’ve been using this K muscle tape for several months now in various colours. I play a lot of racket sports so have had pulled wrists, ankles, Achilles and most recently have developed tennis elbow and each time I checkout YouTube to find out how to use the K tape correctly & apply it accordingly. I like this particular brand because it can cut to exactly the right length & shape depending on the injury, it stays in place & doesn’t tear or irritate my skin when I remove it. Best of all is the price. There are other k tapes out there that are more expensive, which I have tried & tbh I’m not sure what benefits they offer over this consistently good product.

I have used this tape 4 or 5 times a month for my ankles and knees when hiking. Its been amazing I noticed that somedays it was difficult to remove but still swore by it. On Saturday I went von a long walk (15 miles) temperature rose to 24°Celsius and the glue melted. I felt no pain while walking the burnt pain began after I removed it and I've spent 5 days treating it with burn gel to stop the heat. When I googled it this seems a known issue. I will still use it once the skin heals but I will be more aware of length of time and the temperature in future.

I'd probably argue this is as good quality as the branded muscle tape. Purchased after rupturing my achillies tendon for rehabilitation purposes and did the job well.

Great for stabilising hyper mobile joints, much better value than other KT tapes out there and I also like the pink colour! One of those things that is on my will buy again list.

Really helped to alleviate ankle pain when walking, after an accident where I had twisted my ankle. I made sure to watch a video on how to apply the tape for ankle stability and it has made a huge difference to my ankle pain and confidence when walking. You can really notice the stability the tape provides once applied correctly and in position. Stays on really well even after a few showers.

It’s ok, but very temperamental. Sometimes it sticks like gorilla glue and you skin yourself taking it off, other times it falls off after only a few hours, generally average performance. Has cm squares on back for easy measurements. Do a patch test before using and make sure skin is clean and shaven to minimise irritation (I learnt the hard way peeling it off of leg hair, don’t recommend). On the whole it’s a good, cheap choice to get you used to using K tape, but I would recommend something more professional once better experienced with the product.

Works well, has decent stretch and holds firm. Has a tendency to unstick if you get too sweaty tho but for daily use works good. Used on a number of injuries and the tape supported the area well

Great for support if injured. A lot of YouTube / online sources can show how to tape for different needs. I have hypermobile joints so they can provide great support for this. Really good for plantar fasciitis and can also be good during pregnancy for extra support!

A parte questo, funzionano. nota: suppongo che chi compera questo nastro lo faccia a ragione veduta, quindi guardate anche le foto e vi renderete conto un po’ del campo di impiego. La recensione è fatta solo per capire come si applica, NON dove si deve mettere. PRO: fa bene le sue funzioni se applicato in maniera corretta, buon rapporto qualità prezzo CONTRO: lascia un po’ di colla sulla pelle, fastidiosa da pulire, ma è un effetto comune a tutti i nastri di questo tipo. CONCLUSIONI: che dire, io ne uso diversi; si stende bene si attacca altrettanto bene, fa il suo lavoro, resite alla doccia, ma poi quando l'hai tolto ti lascia un discreto strato di colla che impegna per toglierlo, questo è la cosa più fastidiosa, ma fa parte della tipologia del prodotto, credo, ma vale anche per molti altri tipi di nastro. Tralasciato questo per il resto mi sento di consigliarlo

Insgesamt erfüllt das Amazon Basic Care Kinesio-Tape jedoch seinen Zweck und ist eine kostengünstige Option für Sportler.
