Can the glove be exposed to the lamp? More of my hand is usually inside so that my thumb fits as well. The pictures don't show this?

Yes, I pull the glove as close to my nail as possible (down to last knuckle) so the glove is under the lamp.

Do these come in a longer version?

Dear Customer,There is only one standard size of this gloves on sale now. It was made of elastic material and fit for most of women. And for it was designed to protect hand during the time when you curing your nails. It will not be as long as the ordinary gloves. However, we will try to develop longer version later.
