I’m not sure that I could answer this 100% affirmative; however, it has been used to store oil (olive oil), and although, it has been turned over a time or two, it hasn’t seemed to leave any spills.

Has someone previously had perfume in this bottle.

It says pre-owned, refillable. My bottle does not smell like perfume has been in it.

How do we pour the perfume onto here ? Most perfumes come in their own bottle? Sorry I’m confused

The top screws off and the perfume is gently poured into the elongated cylinder within the base of the the bottle. Once that's done, you put the top back into the bottle so that the perfume is on the glass dauber or"stick" attached to the top, remove it and apply. Just be sure to re-screw it back when your done otherwise you run the risk of accidentally spilling the perfume.
