Love the furniture; assembled in less time than recommended. The powder-coated aluminum frame is so much better than fake wicker and it is comfortable. And the price was significantly less than what my kids paid for similar outdoor furniture. That's the good part! Comes in three boxes (from China); the first were the two chairs - great; the second, a couple days later was the loveseat - missing one arm; the third, a week later was the table - great. The problem: when I notified them that I was missing an arm and a table, they said they were now shipping the table now with a different carrier and that they wouldn't ship the missing arm until I had received the table and inspected (assembled) it (? right ?). So I did that and then received the missing arm ( and another arm and two cushion stuffings) about five days later. So I guess I am finished (with assembly) and only awaiting a small compensation for my troubles. The real problem: I am at 39 days and counting until check arrives. I ordered Dec 7th hoping to have for Christmas and it is now January 14th. But for the shipping problems and my inability to speak or write Chinese, I would have given it 5 stars. Follow up on January 25th: updating my rating to 5 stars because the seller made an additional effort after my initial writing to ensure my satisfaction. Firstly, seller made an adjustment to selling price to accommodate problems with timing and shipping. Secondly, seller helped arrange the purchase of an additional loveseat at the price that existed when I first placed my order on December 7th (prices have increased significantly since then) and without shipping costs. And lastly, the purchase of the loveseat took only 4 days from order to arrival - much different from the Holyday fiasco.

Pros: Instructions are clear. Very Easy to assemble with the help of all the tools provided. Shipping was quick and was in parts. Cushions are comfortable. Product is very lightweight but very sturdy. The fit and finish of the powdered coated aluminum frame is very good Con: The only con I noticed about this product, is that during installation, coated aluminum frame is easily susceptible to scratches. Over period of time I believe it may look scratchy, but hopefully, it can be repainted over. Tips and Tricks: Do not tighten the screws as you install.

I purchased this furniture set mainly because I needed it on white and most sets come in black or darker colors. It does look great given my space and the colors I used however, one cushion came damaged. Also as mentioned in other comments the coffee table does not have even edges. Overall I’m satisfied because it’s comfortable and seems to be strong. Time will tell but for the price it’s worth it.

I bought 2 of these sets and both have held up really well. I paid for assembly through Amazon. The coffee tables were meh so I upcycled them into benches by purchasing 2 cushion sets: https://a.co/d/0cTGUiY7 I also bought extra end tables: https://a.co/d/0dhUW0oh and set them up around larger cocktail tables and now the sets look much more substantial and high-end. You can see in the photo the coffee tables used as benches one that has the cushion on it and the other that doesn’t to show the difference. The coffee tables can be used as a bench without a cushion, but it feels much more solid with a cushion. Overall, highly recommend.

Excellent product. Shipped well and received timely. I was a little unsure about buying something like this sight unseen, but I would recommend this purchase. Fairly easy to assemble and comfortable.

This furniture set looked perfect for our new deck -- great styling, sturdy (but lightweight) construction, decent price. However, the cushions are NOT WATERPROOF and when it rains, they turn into sponges -- for weeks, they drip water and if it's humid, they start to mold. Moved all the cushions indoors and let them dry out completely, then cleaned the covers as much as I could without getting them wet again. Now, we have to apply a waterproofing spray, so if you decide to buy this set, add another $50-$60 to the price for the waterproofing treatment. Who ever came up with the idea of OUTDOOR furniture that isn't waterproof?

The furniture is great. I love the look. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to order the matching sofa. After some back and forth with the seller, we reached a mutual agreement on a fair price for the additional piece.

I hardly ever post reviews, but this item exceeded my expectations, so hopefully this review will help the next person. Overall, this might be one of the best online furniture purchases I've ever made. Everything arrived quickly, well packaged in 3 different boxes. There was no damage and all the items were packed neatly and securely. Assembly was a breeze. I was able to put together all the pieces myself in about an hour. There were no issues with the holes being misaligned or screws missing. The instructions were easy to understand, even though there were no words, just pictures. The final product is comfortable and light weight, but also sturdy. The fact that the cushion covers are removable is an added bonus. Overall this is an amazing buy, especially for the price.
