HI if this item is ordered via Amazon UK it will have an English plug on the charger. If you ordered in the EU it will have a European plug. We have taken our hoover over to France and just use an adaptor plug. Hope this helps

Does this come with the crevice tool?

Yes but different to any other crevice tool in that the end is not flattened to get into a crevice
