Corsair iCUE LT100 Smart Lighting Tower Starter Kit

Amazing. Had a small issue with the icue software where it kept glitching and changing the colors to something random but i just unplugged it and plugged it in a few times and it was fine after. Looks beautiful.

Really neat with the lights off but I thought it would make a bigger impact on ambiance than it did. I think the lights need to be a bit brighter for the amount of money it costs. I will probably end up spending even more now on the strip lights for the back of the monitor to compensate for the weak lights.

These are beautiful and the perfect addition to my setup. However they don't work well without attaching them to the computer and using the iCUE software. If you plan to get them, make sure that you attach them to your computer and download the Corsair software to configure them. I love that it has a headset holder attachment, finally I have a place to store my headset that is pretty and functional. I ordered 1 more expansion set, because the cable for this set does not reach from one side of my monitors to the other. I wish the cable that attaches the 2 towers was longer. I think the other person who reviewed these did not set them up right or something. I have a headset hanging off one of mine using the included adapter and it doesnt fall over. The tower portion is just as bright on mine as the base, see the photo. Either he has a defective set, or he didnt assemble them correctly. I pick mine up by the tower several times and it does not fall out of the base as he claims. You need to use appropriate pressure to lock them into the base and they work fine. I bought 2 expansion towers as well. Now I have 1 behind each monitor and one on each end of the monitors and I think they are gorgeous! Thanks Corsair!

This is probably one of the silliest products I've ever spent money on, and my family certainly thinks I'm a dope for it, but ya know what? I really enjoy these things. The color is great and the diffusion layer makes them look really nice. I only have two problems with this product, thus 4 stars. First, the cable for the second tower is just what it is, and it isn't that long. They show the towers pretty far apart in photos, but you'd have to have the cable laying flat in front of you to make that happen since it's only 6 feet. I bought an extension cable from Pirate Dog Tech on eBay to make my cable long enough to route under my desk. My second complaint is that the "reversible" connector just means that the towers can be swapped from either side, but this still means that one tower is going to have the cable(s) facing the way that the LED is facing, making it look awkward.

So first impressions after setting it up was that it looked great. The cable connecting the two towers was way too short though, and the only way to extend it was to order a third tower, which I ended up doing. The ICUE seems little unnecessarily complicated, not the most user friendly program, but it worked ok after a little learning. When I got my third tower, it shipped with a wrong cable. I'm guessing this was either manufacture error or from Amazon calling something new and repacking a returned product with a wrong cable. Called Corsair, guy was nice enough, but couldn't help because the cable needed was unavailable for order. Returned the expansion tower to Amazon and got a new one with the right cable. So I think I'm all set. About a week later all three towers have completely stopped working. I've tried updating the ICUE software, USB ports, restarted the computer, swapped the USB cable, swapped the power cable, tried different power outlets. Nothing has worked. Just sent an email to corsair support, AGAIN. But they don't even seem to be getting power anymore, even when plugged into a confirmed working outlet. Started packing it up for RMA with Corsair, tried plugging it in one more time and it started working.. Go figure. But this isn't a happy ending. Flash forward now 4-5 months later and they've stopped working. Same issue. Seems to be something wrong with the base not receiving power. TLDR: Avoid This Product. It stops working and there doesn't seem to be a fix except for replacement. Now it's probably too late to replace. Money wasted, lesson learned.

Huge Chiefs fan and I have a couple framed jerseys above my desk, these two light bars have been perfect for completing my setup. They're black so they match the rest of my rig and desk, I set them to fixed red and it looks awesome. I do wish they were a bit brighter as I have had to put the lights closer to the wall to reflect the light off of the wall and get a brighter glow. Also the cord used to connect the two lights is about 3 feet long, so they can't be spaced out really far apart. I suggest measuring your setup prior to purchasing and see if these will fit. They fit perfectly for me and I am very happy with them. I am about to complete my wife's setup in the near future and will most likely pick up another set for hers as well.

These are really nice. I just wish they were useable. Icue software fails to recognize them consistently and icue is the problem. The software doesn’t ever update correctly and must be uninstalled and reinstalled continuously. Now I can’t even get it to uninstall anymore. The light towers themselves are really nice and I love them when they work but I don’t think I can recommend them. It’s really unfortunate.

Son soberbias a la vista, sin duda van a ser geniales ya que es un producto de elite total solo para aquellos que quieran el tope de gama en su setup ya que es un producto muy costoso, con tan solo 3 torres conectadas de las 4 en total que compre ya estoy sonriendo demasiado. Mi estilo favorito es el sincronizado con la musica Los unicos dos puntos negativos son que el ambient light no es tan bueno, es decir es bueno pero hasta cierto punto ya que hay mejores, he probado otros como los de asus predator y son muy intensos los colores que logra simular, aspecto en la cual estas torres carecen, y el segundo inconveniente es que en el kit de expansion puede que te toque o no el cable correcto, asi que tendras varios dolores de cabeza si eres de las personas con mala suerte COMO YO que no recibio el cable correcto.
