The products works great when I finally received it. A little over 2 months for delivery.

Ok so I’ve owned 3 or 4 of these since COVID happened so I’m familiar with this gun. Basically it used to be hardwired 1200 watts of handheld steam. Like a fog machine you could move around and point to whatever. This device is a very expensive cold sprayer. A cordless cord sprayer at that. There is no steam no fog. Nothing but liquid. It used to take a few minutes to warm up and spray this time it’s almost instant spraying at turn on time. I’m gonna try to upload a video so you can see that this is not steam coming out from it. So nano steamer it is not. Cold spray yes. But that not what I signed up for

Item was defective got 4 uses, heat is un and out on 5th use item would no longer come in,switch would not work no power, seller takes long to respond and does not want to issue return or replacement, very disappointed um out of a steamer for my bussiness,ill have to look for another one in another brand.🙄😒😏

This is an amazing product. A little heavy for holding but great results. But after a month of using it stopped working.

I used product as a hair steamer. I didn't like that the steam was cold.
