Omg this stuff is like magic!!I was really struggling to get my supply up after starting to mix-feed my 5 month old twins. I was told about this product by a lactation consultant. In a matter or 2 days my supply was increasing significantly and a week later it has over doubled. I am seriously impressed by this amazing stuff and cannot recommend it more to mothers struggling with supply. I have taken 3 x tabs a day and will continue. Also, zero side affects (like some of the ones mentioned in other reviews). I'm a very happy customer!!!

Help with milk supply
I was seen by an NHS lactation Nurse who recommended I try these as I was struggling with my milk supply about a month after giving birth.I was advised to take two capsules in the morning and two at night.Within a few days I could really see an increase in my supply.I know there was an increase because when I pump I could see I was able to produce several more ounces.If I miss a few days I can see my supply drop so you do have to consistently take them to see a difference.They taste horrible but I don’t care.I also noticed I get a bit of a stomach ache after I’ve taken them in the morning/ before bed but it doesn’t last for long.

Bought to enhance breast milk supply
Easy to swallow, no nasty taste. I thought these to help with my breast milk supply. Not sure if there’s been much difference but taking them anyway!

Its my first time trying these, heard about the breast increase and other health benefits so thought id give it a try. Been taking 2 a day for 10 days and yess definitely some breast firmness improvement :) but no gain comes without a down side which is totally true as ive read on other reviews yes i smell like maple syrup soo weird lol! But this won't stop me taking it, genuine great product.

Great for Milk Supply

Breast milk production
I bought this to take daily as I had read that it helps to increase milk production, it has done exactly that - but it does make you smell slightly like curry! I can deal with that though as my baby is no longer wanting for more milk and is happy & content. No other side effects.

Acheter car j'allaite mon bébé. Aucun regret ça booste la lactation avec une bonne hydratation. Le fenugrec donne faim donc prise de poids. Au bout de la 1ere prise changement odeur de transpiration. Aucun regret je recommande ce produit.
