20mm Watch Band for Seiko Alpinist SARB017, Super-O Screw-Link

The quality of this bracelet is excellent - in terms of both fit and finish. I placed it on my Seiko 'Baby Alpinist' (SPB159). I read a review indicating the clasp was rather large or not proportional to a 38mm size watch (Seiko Alpinist). This maybe true, but it's also a subjective preference. As for me, the clasp has a robust presence. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This is about as good as it gets when it comes to fitting the Sarb 017. The quality is there for sure with screw links, solid links and perfectly fitting end links as well as a milled clasp make this a winner. Only one major flaw. This bracelet is far too heavy and thick for the somewhat dainty, 39mm Alpinist. The clasp is also a humongous diver style clasp. It’s not comfortable. It’s like they took a massive dive bracelet and added end links custom for the Alpinist without any considerations or the design and weight of the Alpinist. For the price, it should fit well and feel good too. Also, the end links are male links at the case so it adds to the lug to lug substantially. Add that all up and this bracelet makes the Alpinist wear like a 43mm Seiko SKX while shrinking the dial size visually. It’s weird. Some may prefer that. I did not. Too bad. I wanted to like it.

Bracelet is robust - I expected it and I like it. You can detach or add bracelet pieces using screw-driver - much better system then Seiko. Shipping fast, compatibility with Seiko green Alpinist SARB017 is perfect.

The title says it all. Takes the SARB017 and makes it a lot sportier. It is a bit costly, but quality is exceptional.

This is an attractive stainless steel watch band, with a big clasp. This fits well on my Alpinist, just like the original watch band. If you have the right tools, it is relatively easy to put on and to adjust for the right fit. I have fairly large wrists and it was more than big enough for me, I took 1 link off of it.

If you own a Seiko SARB017, stop wearing it on that stiff stock leather strap. This MiLTAT Super-O is the best investment you can make for this watch. Cons: Adds some weight to the wrist (which I personally like). Bottom Line: This bracelet makes the Alpinist feel like a $1,000 watch. Don't hesitate.

Sin duda una excelente opción para el Alpinist quedó perfecto muy sólido exelentes acabados relativamente fácil de instalar trae sus propios pernos. Lo que si no trae es herramienta para quitar pernos y la vas a ocupar.

Excellent product. Miltat hands down makes the best bracelets under $200. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality bracelet. Don't waste your money on cheap alternatives. Well worth the price!

Finishing: 4/5 Clasp: 2.5/5 Appearance: 4/5 Price: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 Decent bracelet at this price point, but with a few issues. The clasp is low quality, and there is a lot of play between links. But the overall appearance, price, and quality of finishing make up for these issues. As such, this bracelet is still the best option for your Alpinist. Definitely better than any other seiko option.

Decent looking bracelet, but I have few issues with it. One end-link and has quite a bit of play while the other sits snuggly on my Seiko alpinist. But the main issue I have is that the bracelet pulls hair as you take it off and put it on. The clasp also caught some skin on my wrist and ended up clipping me which hurt like hell so now I have to be very careful putting it on. It's also annoyingly difficult to click it compared to other flip-lock bracelets I own, even cheaper aliexpress bracelets.
