Works good for me
Helps greatly when I get congestion which is daily. I’m happy with the product. Price is good. 4 bottles last forever.

Great bulk price
I've been using this product for decades, and buying locally is expensive; at times, availability is difficult. Buying in bulk, like this, is a godsend.

I can Breath!
I wish I would have found out about this product years ago. For many years I have had allergy and nasal problems. Most of my life I have barely been able to breath out of my nose well. Almost always one nostril was blocked because the pollips or whatever you call it had swollen inside my nose and I could not breath. Once I found out this product would help open up my nose so I could breath, it was all I could do to head straight for the store and try it. Within minutes of using Vicks Sinex, both nostrils were open and I was able to breath well. It has changed my life. Might sound a little over the top, but when you have to breath out of your mouth 75-80% of your life, being able to breath with your mouth closed, was a very welcomed change!

New design doesn’t work.
Tried to use it and the bottle is so flimsy it barely puts pressure on the liquid inside. The spray efect won’t happen even though the bottle is full. If you tilt your head back then a full stream will come out burning your nose and throat. Horrible taste and you end up swallowing half a bottle. Whoever designed this or approved it, they all need to get their noses burned with this crap and return our money back. Please bring back the old design.

Not nearly as useful as the glass "ultra mist" bottles
I have used this product for years, but this is the first time I bought it online. I didn't realize it came in a plastic bottle and I don't care for it at all. The glass bottles I usually buy at the store put out a uniform amount of mist with each pump; this bottle is very inconsistent in the amount it dispenses - depending on how much you squeeze the bottle. If you can match up the dispensed amount the product works the same, but when you're stuffed up it's hard to know by "feel" how much you sprayed in your nostril.
