Wow - given the price I was hoping for the very best but still doubtful but it's amazing stuff. Just a few minutes and the relief sets in and cramp has gone . Worth every penny to miss that excruciating pain!!! Highly recommend.

This comes in quite fiddly bottle with pump action which is a bit awkward if you’re trying to spray your muscles in your calves or back of your shoulder, it’s worth the effort as it really helps with pain relief and reduces stiffness and it dries fast and no sticky residue.

THIS PRODUCT WORKS! Massage directly onto cramping area. Releases the cramp within a minute or so! have brutal hamstring cramps that are so bad that I literally cannot move my legs. Happens often shortly after falling asleep at nite. Also after sitting on a hard chair after about an hour. Embarrassing in a restaurant. While sitting in an airplane seat the WORST! This stuff is a MIRACLE!

It did not work the first time I used it but then, after applying a couple of nights in a row.....it works! I have not had foot cramps or cramps in my toes ever since. I love this product.
