So, I received a second pair (bit over a week ago now) to try out as my previous review stated that they weren't working quite well. I'm convinced the first pair must have been a bad batch because not only do they work great! They sound way better than the first pair I tried first. Productech Customer Service reached out to me to apologize about my bad experience and offered a new pair to try out. I was shocked at this and agreed! This was not my intention as I didn't ask for an exchange, just a refund. These are now my go to buds! Great battery life! small size! Sound quality it great! Clear and crisp with just the right amount of bass! The most impressive thing about this was the customer service, constant communication throughout the whole "sending out a new pair" process. I would definitely say top notch customer service! Oh and the signal/ reverb issue I had with the last pair is gone. These work flawlessly and have a very fast connect as well, the first pair took a bit too long. I left my first review up so you can see the issues I had, but please! don't pay attention to it, it's only for contrast in the difference in one bad batch to new batch that resolved the problem! You don't throw out a sack of potatoes if only one is bad, my mom would slap me if i did that! Thank you Ksenia for your help and excellent and rare customer service!!! OLD REVIEW: I really wanted to love these, I've been wanting these for a long time. They're small! Have a great battery life! Water resistance is met for my needs! But they did not want to keep a good connection, every time I used these in bed (which was the main reason I bought them, for sleep) they would chatter, like reverb really badly and the weird part is it would lose signal in the right ear when I touch my head with left hand. Maybe it's the Alien implant, not sure. Kidding, but seriously, I'm super bummed these didn't work out.

I liked the headphones first of all because they are compact. The battery life is also good. the box automatically recharges the earbuds when you put them into it. It is very convenient that there are magnets there, so it is simply impossible to insert the headphones incorrectly. All unit has very small dimensions and fits easily into any pocket. And the most important thing is the sound quality. Frankly, the sound is 4, if you tinker with the aqualizer - 4+. Naturally, miracles should not be expected in such a small item. I have old Treblab X2s - the sound quality is super. But their awkward ergonomics are what pushed me to buy xFit. As for xFit, there are no complaints about ergonomics, they fit perfectly in the ear, do not fall out and do not stick out. Can be worn safely under a hat or helmet. Now about the cons. I would still like usb Type-c for charging. Micro usb is outdated and it's time to abandon it. And one more suggestion - it would be cool to have wireless charging here, so that you can charge the headphones directly from the phone. But then, of course, the price would be different. In general, it is an excellent choice in this price range.

Like - the sound. It is good. I've always been impressed with Treblab. I also like the little charging box they come in. Don't like - they wouldn't stay secure in my ear when sweating heavily. I pour sweat, especially here in the dirty south. While mountain biking for example, I am always pushing them back in for fear of it falling out and losing it forever. Shove them in too far and the sound is compromised as if my ear drum isn't allowed to move as much. Running is worse due to the pounding nature of running itself. Every ear hole is different, so YMMV. So I will go back to the XR 800's. Not as hard to lose.

These earbuds have so much potential. They have a quality build, great sound, long battery life, short charging times and a really small form factor. However, connectivity on these is complete garbage. Initially they connect right away with nice clear sound, but after a few minutes they start to cut in and out periodically with my phone in my hip pocket. As time goes on they cut in and out more frequently as if the connection is deteriorating the longer they are connected. Once I unpair them and repair them, they start this cycle all over again. If you like stopping what you are doing to unpair and repair your bluetooth connection every 2-4 minutes, these are the earbuds you are looking for. Otherwise...they're pretty useless.

My husband loves listening to music and therefore he has several pairs of headphones: wired, wireless, large, small, comfortable and not comfortable. He saw these headphones on Amazon quite by accident and decided to buy them for our 8-year-old son, so that he had his own headphones and he would not take father’s ones. When they were delivered, my husband immediately liked the beautiful gift box and the rich package. The headphones themselves were so unusual that he decided to try to put them on and listen. He was just impressed with how quickly they figured out and connected to all of my devices: iPhone 11Pro, iPad, and two Android phones. And my husband was also pleased with this pleasant female voice, which says that the connection is successful and that the headphones are dressed correctly. But most of all, the sound quality was struck. The headphones are inexpensive and therefore we did not expect something very cool and unusual, but the sound turned out to be deep and clear. My husband listened to Progressive House with them, podcasts by Ferry Corsten and Arminian van Buuren, a lot of jazz: smooth, bibop, vocal. It all plays just fine, he is very happy with the sound quality and our son too. The earbuds hold a charge for a very long time, the convenient soft-touch case does not get dirty at all and has a micro usb port for fast charging, and the extra small silicone earbuds really liked the son. I like that there small And black and comes with a few ear tips For me none of the tips worked I used these in gym and they do not stay in my ear (yes inserted correctly) they are still too big so there is that. Also the sound seems like you’re listing to nothing but tweeters for me my AirPods was better.... but I wanted something I can stay hidden well this wasn’t it. The battery life is about the best thing these have. Was it worth 53$? Well for me no but you decide

I have purchased and promptly returned many different truly wireless earbuds brands, even some expensive ones. The sound just wasn't there for me. I kept the Treblab x5 because they were the best sounding of the lot, but I was looking for something I could wear going to sleep and I was half ready for another disappointment, but let me tell you, these babies ROCK! The second I heard the first chords through them I was sold. They are LOUD, extremely accurate and comfortable, they are not touch (touch controls are kinda hit or miss) but click, very straightforward and intuitive, pairing was a breeze, and the sound is AMAZING! So forget the $250 AirPods, and grab a pair of these little gems (wait till you first open the box and see the size of that charging case). BTW, I just got these so I don't know about playtime hours and all that yet, but they are definitely a keeper.

In my original review I gave these 4 stars and not 5 because when I sweat towards the middle to end of my run these headphones try to fall out of my ears. Customer service immediately reached out to me and sent me a different kind of tips. When that didn’t fix the problem they sent me a pair of XR 700s to try. These headphones sound great and stay in place for all 3-4 miles. The Xfit are great for exercise when you’re not bouncing and sweating a lot and the XR 700s work great while running. Both sound great and the customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. I highly recommend Treblab headphones.
