LIFE SAVER! I didn’t think that some ginger capsules could actually work that well and that fast. After an unexpected diagnosis I was told that I have to have Mirena IUD. The pain was unbearable even after a week. Someone suggested I take ginger.. and let me tell you it’s been the best thing I could’ve done. For the past 3 months I’ve been testing it. Every time I skip even one day of this ginger supplements the cramps come back and last the whole day. They are not as bad as in the beginning but they are bad enough. I only take one a day but if I skip a day, the next day I take two ( at least 6 hours apart) and by the evening I don’t have any pain anymore. Truly recommend this product.

I cannot be without these capsules now. Issues with gallbladder and GERD have eased considerably since taking. On a break from taking them both flared up. Worked for me and cannot be without them.

After learning of many positive health effects of ginger i decided to add it to my daily stack. I also bought for my mums arthiritic pains. These are just ginger powder stuffed in capsuels. Too expensive for my tastes and my mum didn't notice too much difference in her pain. To get the best effects you would prob need to take these tablets like ibuprofen- so probably 6 a day and my mum was only taking 2. The cost is too high to be taking 6 a day. I might start buying either cheaper caps or just stuffing my own! Can't belive the profits these companies are making. More fool me!
