When you first get these and pull them off you think you have done something wrong. You end up with a paper like back to it making you think its come off wrong. It hasn't! It really is possible to peel further and remove that backing - its just really, really fiddly - don't give up! The end result in a very sticky mesh which once stuck on stays there for ages!

I suffer with PCOS and endometriosis and have suffered for a long time with a b12 deficiency. I have constantly been irritable in mornings and struggle to be productive in the afternoon. I can get up early in the morning and be really productive all day and my irritable moods seem to have disappeared. I put a new one on every morning and change the position to prevent irritation and wear them along my spine near my neck or slightly lower so you can’t see them with my hair up. Lots of product for money, but I have to use at least 2 together to get the same energy boost effect. Also, they stick that well and you would be better buying a more expensive brand - especially if you have pernicious anaemia

Very poor adhesion. Would like some data on efficacy.

I had been buying some other ones previously and then I saw you get loads more in the packet from this brand. I’ve worn them a couple of times now and I have found they stick very securely and have tried in different places. very easy to use! Preferable to tablets as I wear the patch weekly, this is far easier for me to remember and keep up with rather than something daily that I likely to forget. It’s great that they have a range of other vitamins in with the vitamin B12 as well. As a way to supplement, these are really helpful and their ease of use is the most important to me. I will definitely buy them again.

I have applied these patches on clean dry skin, on various places like the inner wrist, and shoulder. Unfortunately within an hour or so they fall off, even thou they state that they have improved the adhesion after feedback from customers.Very disappointed 😞.

Good way to absorb b12

I have chronic fatigue syndrome for over ten years. I’m sorting through 40 odd years of stuff in my house to clear, pack, sell, give away, throw away or store. I couldn’t even start until I got these patches. They have been incredible and given me the energy to do some of it each day. Been like 9 weeks now and most of it is done including the loft, under the stairs and most of a three bed house. They work. I’ve ordered loads more. It gives me confidence that I know I’ll have energy enough if I want to do something special. I’m also sleeping really well. Can’t thank the seller enough.
