Okay so let me just start by saying, this is partly my fault for not reading the nutrition label closely before I purchased. I usually always do this and if I would have caught it I wouldn’t have touched this product with a 10 foot pole. I do want to mention though that the actual ingredients list is DIFFERENT than what is advertised. This is advertised as a “nighttime fat burner,” however, there is a large amount of CAFFEINE in it. I don’t know the exact mg count because I don’t have the bottle with me at this moment but when I googled it, it has the same amount of green tea caffeine that is in a regular cup of coffee. This should be your sign to stop reading right now and stay far far away from this product, but I’ll continue. This product also contains MELATONIN. So even if you were like “it’s fine I’ll just take it during the day” you cannot because it contains a sleep regulator. So in my head I’m thinking, I know they don’t cancel each other out but I’m out $25 (BECAUSE THERE ARE NO RETURNS < there’s another red flag), so I’ll just try it. I have no idea how people are posting that they’ve lost weight. I work out and eat VERY healthy, and just wanted a way for my body to burn at night as well. I HAVE GAINED WEIGHT since using this product. I won’t get into all the science of why taking melatonin is bad in conjunction with caffeine, but I will tell you, there are nighttime fat burners out there that use non caffeinated ingredients to burn at night, when you take caffeine, you’re burning fat but you’re also not sleeping so you’re burning less with the pill than you would just getting a full nights sleep. There is a fat burner on Amazon for $50 that does this and works amazing. Please just spend the extra $25 on that one or you’ll be out $75 total for gaining weight with this one and then having to buy the other one anyways. There is no way to contact the seller etc. You’re just going to end up with a product you can’t take day or night. I hope this helps someone. I really wanted this to work but unfortunately, caffeine is a relatively cheap-out ingredient in fat burners. Have a good day and good luck on your weight loss journey!

Didn't work

Not as good as I thought it was going to be. I have been using the regular version of these keto pills with the mother for about three years now with one break in between while following a low carb, no sugar, high fat diet with little exercise. I have lost over 30 pounds altogether and I’m absolutely in love with those pills. When I saw these, I thought it would help to maximize my affects because I still have a lot of weight that I can lose. But I haven’t really noticed a difference at all in taking these at night for my weight loss journey. The only thing I do notice is that it does help me sleep better and not long after I take them, I do start to feel tired. This is why I gave these 4 stars instead of 5. But as for it maximizing, the effects of me losing weight even more I haven’t noticed anything that would make me think that it does. And I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I am still gradually losing weight as I was before these. Nothing from ordinary has changed. But everybody is different, so maybe you might have better results than I did. I am just giving my personal opinion about these.

it has helped me lose weight, curbing appetite and boost my mood I believe, I found these and thought after doing the lower dose for a few months I be ready to go higher and I liked the price and quantity of this product, switched about a week and a half ago and I absolutely noticed a difference, I lost more weight in that week than the previous weeks and noticed the "go" was more frequent, No diet changes however, I do have an extremely active lifestyle being a construction worker and was in the obese category needed a boost to help me shed when I was at a plateau for 5+ years and these have worked perfect. Highly recommend.

This supplement is super easy to incorporate into my routine, just 2 capsules before bedtime, and I appreciate the all-natural ingredients and that it’s free from artificial colors or flavors. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which is a plus. While it’s marketed as a weight management aid, what’s really stood out to me so far is how much it’s helped improve my sleep. I feel calmer and more relaxed at night, waking up feeling refreshed. I’ll continue to use it and look forward to seeing additional results over the next couple of months. Definitely worth a try.
