My favorite pita chip!
I never loved pita chips more! Hard to find, but worth the effort! SUUUUUPER crispy! I honestly prefer snacking on these alone than dipping they're so good! And of course they come out of NYC...when it comes to baked goods or dough....I do believe it's in the water!

Perfect Pitas

These are the best pita chips ever! Not one burned or over cooked and they're salted just right. I'd definitely buy them again.

Absolute Disappointment
I came across these today at our office and, not having heard of them before, decided to give them a try. I'm a big fan of pita chips in general and had high hopes, but from the first bite into these, it was nothing but underwhelming. They advertise that they are made with "just the right amount" of sea salt, but there's virtually no salt present here. You can tell because it tastes like you're eating a piece of cardboard, and not one that has been well seasoned either (because at least that would still taste salty). What's more, most of the time the pieces have almost no color to them, looking every bit as bland and uninspiring as they taste. I actually grabbed a second bag, thinking maybe I got a dud and that it would taste better, but the result was the same. Bland, tasteless and completely disappointing. I honestly cannot believe that anyone would find this satisfying to eat, unless perhaps they were stranded and starving on a desert island. Even then, I think I'd seek sustenance elsewhere. Seriously, if you take a piece of cardboard and douse it with sea salt, it will taste measurably better (and more flavorful) than anything you will find in these bags. Please, do yourself a favor and pass on these. Absolutely ridiculous that this product even made it to market, and that anyone could conceive of this as edible is simply astounding. One star is not nearly low enough, because there is no value for the dollar here and no redeeming quality to these at all.
