Great Caribbean flavor! Ghost pepper spice, but not too hot. It has been great on omelettes, fried potatoes, pizza and hamburgers so far. I bought a bottle for a friend, and myself. He likes it as well, even though I found out that he doesn't like pineapple. I think the flavor profile will complement most meals, as I'm not a fan of vinegary hot sauces.

Just got my first bottle of Ghost Island. Dabbed some on a tortilla chip to test. Amazing flavor profile, curry and mustard sings right through. Good heat but not too.much for my tolerance level. Definitely already rising the ranks for a favorite and different hot sauce.

I found this sauce on Amazon and thought I'd try it since I had the Bad Karma sauce before and it was good. This sauce is similar to Dirty Dick's Caribbean hot sauce but hotter and with the addition of smooth mustard and curry spices. At first, I tasted the curry and the fruit more but it has a solid mustard flavor that is not too strong and a habanero. level heat that builds quickly but does not linger too long. Great sauce. I would purchase it again.

Tried this at a pepper store in San Francisco, found it cheaper here. The first taste is almost over powering, but then the other flavors take over. It's best on eggs, scrambled eggs or an omelet

I am not a hot sauce expert but when I tasted this I knew it was award winning. To me it taste good enough to drink from the bottle but its too thick lol. It is not even that expensive either wish I could buy more of this flavor and try other flavors too.

I bought this for my husband as a gift, his favorite was from Jamaica, but this one has it beat. He said it has the perfect blend of taste and heat. Will definitely buy again

I saw a review comparing this to dirty dicks tropical pepper sauce which I disagree with but understand. I wasn't a fan of it at first with that expectation but it is a staple in my house now. As a mustard sauce with fruity flavors this one grew on me and became my go to for most foods. It's definitely packs some heat too.

Taste good smell good and it's hot but a good flavor hot. It's not overwhelming, you get to taste the curry, mango and a hint of orange and pineapple. Im on my 3rd bottle will keep on buying.
