Is the chain included or do you need to buy that separately?

You need to buy the chain separately. Easily obtainable on Amazon.

Hi. Can you slide the chain fixings onto these weights, or are they push fit?

Hello. These are awkward, but once the correct fitting process is followed, they are easy. The chain ' open clip ' should be slid down from the top. We tried a long time trying to push them on, succeeded in breaking a few and hurt our fingers! Then it ' clicked ' with us! Not sure if there isn't a u tube showing it too! Mr and Mrs Young
