Very high quality premium pasta. Particularly notice the quality when paired with a very simple sauce. Its a little coarser than basic pasta which adds to the texture when cooked. Its pretty good value, as very much a premium product. Bag looks like a premium deli product . Cook time is as stated, 8-12 minutes depending on how you like it. Wish it was just a bit cheaper, but still great value.

Lovely pasta which is among the best for everyday use! Loads better than most readily available supermarket brands. Made with a bronze die so texture is rough which sauces cling to, and releases enough starch into pasta water to emulsify sauces. Good value for money at under £2.50 a pack, and sometimes goes on a half price sale so stock up when it does!

Best pasta in UK. It stays aldente when cooked. Really good quality and less starchy than traditional pasta
