Tasty … simple prep
We are vegetarians… we are very pleased to find this vegetarian brown gravy mix… Tried it once or twice and loved it… I just ordered another 10 packets… It’s easy to prepare, and it is delicious… I recommend it whether you are vegetarian or not👍🏽

Great Brown Gravy Sub For Vegetarians
After becoming a vegetarian, I found that I missed brown gravy but couldn't have it anymore. This is the perfect substitute. It takes just like brown gravy, except this is a little more herby, which I think is great. It is also just as easy to make, just mix with a cup of water and bring to a boil, then let it simmer. You can make the gravy thick or thin. Plus, it is organic, which is always great.

I love this gravy and it is super easy to make. It is fast to make too. Everyone loves the taste. It works great on mashed potatoes and stuffing. With this box you get several packets so you always have it on hand and you can make gravy at a moments notice.

Good option for dinner
It’s hard to find a nice vegetarian gravy .... this is very good, but not great. It is best when served freshly made. The taste and texture is very good when fresh and both vegetarians and meat-eaters have enjoyed it when served. ... but can get lumpy with congealed bits if you’re not careful. It is more challenging to reheat, though, as when it cools it tends to turn into a jelly-like mass.

Admittedly, this gravy doesn't taste all that great on its own. However, for you vegetarians (not vegans), here's what I like to do: prepare the gravy mix according to the package, whisk thoroughly until a smooth consistency is achieved. After that, add to the mixture a tablespoon or two of butter, a dollop of sour cream, and a splash of vegetable stock/broth. Season with salt and pepper. Goes great with organic instant mashed potatoes!

Better than beef gravy, no guilt.
Ground beyond meat and fresh sautéed mushrooms with vegetarian brown gravy over grain-free pasta. Next time enhanced with fresh broccoli. This gravy enables me to enjoy many dishes that I used to enjoy when beef was in my diet! I buy this gravy by the boxed packets!
