THE DISPLAY OF THE IMMDIATELY PREVIOUS READING IS OF IMMENSE HELP AS IT PROVIDES AN IMMEDIATE ASSESSMENT. ALSO, THE ABILITY TO SAVE THE READINGS OF TWO FAMILY MEMBERS IN DISTINCT SEGMENTS IN RESPECTIVE SMART PHONES USING THE 'OMRON CONNECT' APP IS PARTICUYLARLY USEFUL. THE SYNCING WITH THE 'OMRON CONNECT' APP IS USEFUL WHEN VISITING THE DOCTOR.

The packing was a little fishy but the product is nice and for time being reliable.

Its having all the features working well as mentioned in the specs. I have been using for almost 2 months at home and phone connecting feature is really helpful to store the history of readings. Its very reliable so far. I would recommend this device for personal use as well as commercial.

Problem Statement: I have yet to registered it for warranty etc. as this model no. is not present in the drop down list. Issue 2: The velcro of the pad seems fragile. Otherwise, it appears fine to me.

Seit fast zwei Jahren läuft das X7 Smart hier wie ein Uhrwerk. Auspacken, Manschette anlegen, Start drücken mehr braucht’s nicht. Der Ablauf ist angenehm unspektakulär: nach gut einer halben Minute stehen systolisch/diastolisch und Puls klar lesbar im Display, inklusive Hinweis, wenn die Manschette nicht richtig sitzt oder ich mich zu sehr bewegt habe. Genau diese Kleinigkeiten machen den Unterschied im Alltag, weil man nicht rätseln muss, ob die Messung taugt. Zur Genauigkeit: Ich habe mehrfach mit den Werten in der Hausarztpraxis gegengeprüft und liege im Rahmen dessen, was man von einem guten Heimgerät erwartet. Wiederholmessungen hintereinander sind stabil, der Durchschnitt liegt dicht beieinander, und die Anzeige für unregelmäßigen Puls (falls mal hektisch) hat sich als nützlich erwiesen. Wichtig bleibt natürlich das kleine 1x1 des Messens: ruhig sitzen, Arm auf Herzhöhe, vorher keinen Espresso. Hält man sich daran, liefert das X7 sehr verlässliche Ergebnisse. Verarbeitung wirkt wertig. Nichts knarzt, die Manschette greift sauber und ist angenehm steif vorgeformt, sodass sie nicht schief verrutscht. Das Display ist groß, Kontrast passt, Tasten sind treffsicher – auch ohne Brille. Strom bekommt das Gerät über vier AA-Batterien; bei mir hält ein Satz locker viele Monate, eher Richtung Jahr, trotz regelmäßiger Nutzung. Das ist im Alltag Gold wert, weil man nicht ständig an neue Batterien denken muss. Die „Smart“-Seite ist unaufdringlich. Per Bluetooth landen die Messwerte in der Omron-Connect-App, wo man Trends, Morgen-/Abendwerte und Verläufe für den nächsten Arzttermin parat hat. Die Verbindung ist nicht spektakulär, aber zuverlässig genug, und das Gerät funktioniert selbstverständlich auch völlig ohne App. Praktisch finde ich die zwei Benutzerprofile plus Gastmodus, so kommt nichts durcheinander. Kleine Schwächen? Es ist kein Reise-Zwerg, und die App könnte optisch moderner sein. Für die Kernaufgabe spielt das aber keine Rolle. Unterm Strich ist das X7 Smart ein solides, langlebiges Messgerät mit präzisen Werten, guter Manschette und sehr guter Batterielaufzeit. Genau deshalb bleibt es nach knapp zwei Jahren im Dauereinsatz und bekommt von mir fünf Sterne.

This is a high, professional quality product, and very easy to use. It's the same make but a superior model to the one my doctor uses to take my blood pressure! If you need to use a blood pressure monitor, it makes sense to buy a good one. To me, the most important feature which lifts this above the base models is the AF (atrial fibrillation) mode. This takes three readings at short intervals, and averages the result. With AF this is a MUST. Even without it, if you check your B regularly you will know how readings can fluctuate, even if taken within a short time. I think the "average of three" AF setting provides a more representative reading. By the way, unless you're a health professional there's no point in buying the external power adaptor. The batteries last for MONTHS even when taking two measurements a day - and it works perectly well on rechargeables.

Debido a mi profesión que esta relacionada con la electrónica industrial, debo reconocer que este equipo medidor de tensión es el mejor y con diferencia que tengo actualmente y he tenido. Paso a analizarlo por si puedo ayudar desinteresadamente a elegir este producto, por si tiene alguna duda como tuve yo y no me decidía por uno u otro equipo modelo y marca. Manteniendo la tecla START durante 2 segundos hace tres mediciones consecutivas de la tensión arterial en intervalos de 30 segundos y, a continuación, muestra la media esto indica si puedes tener fibrilación auricular Pulsando solo una vez la tecla START hace una medición normal y te comprueba posible arritmia. Actualiza automáticamente los últimos resultados en tu móvil mediante bluetooth y tienes las mediciones diarias, mensuales y hasta anuales y te calcula hasta la media diaria mensual o anual automáticamente con la aplicación "omron connect". Es muy sencilla, práctica y gratis.(esto último es de agradecer porque ya hemos invertido en el aparatito) El brazalete es otro motivo por el cual me decanté por este modelo ya que tiene sensores por toda la circunferencia del mismo y eso evita errores en las mediciones por si te has colocado mal el brazalete la mayoría de modelos solo tiene sensor en la parte del manguito y si este esta desviado ya las mediciones no son exactas . Por si mi experiencia le sirve a alguien.-.
