I’ve been using the Omron HEM 7361T Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best blood pressure machines I’ve ever used. Accuracy is top-notch – the readings are consistent and reliable, giving me peace of mind every time I use it. The dual user mode with AFib detection adds an extra layer of health tracking, which is incredibly helpful. It’s also very easy to use. The instructions are clear, and the large display makes it simple to read the results. Even with the added features, it remains user-friendly for all age groups. While it’s slightly big in size, it’s not a dealbreaker at all. The quality and features more than make up for the size. Plus, the ability to use DC power is a great advantage – no constant battery changes, which is super convenient. In terms of value, it’s definitely worth the money. You get a premium device that combines accuracy, convenience, and advanced features all in one. Overall, this is by far the best blood pressure monitor I’ve ever owned. The best part is that it syncs data with iphone and apple health so that I can keep log of my daily readings. Omron HEM 7361T is a top-quality blood pressure monitor that exceeded my expectations. I bought this for my parents as both of them have high BP. After using this machine regularly for the past couple of months, I find the following things very beneficial: (1) It's very easy to use, just tie the handcuff and press the start switch, you will get your readings. (2) 360 degree intelliwrap cuff and cuff wrapping guice make it very easy to tie the cuff for non professional users. (3) The reading involves both systolic and diastolic pressure as well as hear beat rate. (4) The display is quite large and readings are shown in big letters. (5) Prior reading and current/latest reading are shown side by side so you would easily get an idea about BP change between current and last measures. (6) Bluetooth connectivity and Omoron app helps you sync your readings between mobile and the device. (7) Storage for readings helps you view your past readings at any time. (8) Dual users options for storing readings for two persons seperately and users can be changed easliy by simple toggle of a slide switch. (9) Afib indicator and irregular heart beat detection are the extra functions that I found very benefical. (10) The device is powered by 4 AA batteries which are easily available in local shops. (11) 3 year warranty offered by Omoron gives us peace of mind. There are many more benefits and advanced functions like average of morining readings, average of evening readings, average of last three measures, ultra quite operation, body movement detection etc., but the above mentioned 11 benefits will be most appealing for a normal user like me. I didn't see any disadvantages for this machine as it does more that what a pressure monitor is intended to do. Though little pricier, the functions and quality offered by this machine, as well as a 3 year warranty completely justifies its price. Moreover, I recieved a promotion and got it for Rs. 3,749.00 /-. I have been using the Omron HEM 7361T Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor for 10 days now, and I can confidently say this is the best and most accurate BP monitor available on the market. While there are other models at half the price, it’s crucial to understand that blood pressure readings are closely tied to heart pumping, which naturally fluctuates. Even two consecutive readings can vary, making it essential to choose a high-quality and accurate device. The most critical aspect of managing blood pressure is accurate monitoring and maintaining long-term data for actionable insights. In today’s age of technology, a BP monitor with Bluetooth functionality is a must-have. This feature allows seamless data synchronization with your smartphone, helping you track trends and make informed decisions. The Omron Connect app is an excellent companion to this device, storing all past readings and presenting them in clear graphical trends. This feature is incredibly useful for understanding long-term patterns in your blood pressure. The only downside I noticed is the lack of a dedicated power on/off button. The start/stop button doubles as the power button, so there’s a chance of accidentally turning the device on while storing it in the provided case, which could lead to unintentional air pumping. If a separate power button were included, I would have rated this product 5 stars. I hope this design flaw is addressed in future versions. That said, the accuracy and functionality of this device far outweigh this minor inconvenience of not having a dedicated power button. As I got this machine to monitor my Bp and synchronize it across all health Apps as promised, it didn’t connect with error message t it’s not supported in my country Device bought in Saudi Arabia , intended use in the same country but failed. After half an hour , couldn’t solve the issue. Told phone and app location mismatch. Very odd and to return it .

Great little, easy to use, Blood Pressure Monitor. Has additional features which I do not use (my incompetency) but which my GP says helps his other (more technologically advanced) patients a lot.

Pros: 1. It’s very accurate compared to the other digital BPMs including Withings connect I just switched from. 2. The app is minimal and works great with all necessary features. 3. Integrates with Apple Health. 4. Seamlessly syncs data with the app and Apple Health even without having to open the app or unlocking the phone which I didn’t expect given it uses bluetooth connection. Cons: 1. Bulky 2. The look is not as cool as Withings 3. Slightly pricey
