no directions as to how to dispense the product. it doesn't unscrew and there's no opening or dropper. how do I open it????

Haha! It took 2 of us 20 minutes to figure it out!!! The white part does in fact screw open, as it screws, it suctions the lotion into the dropper in the white cap, then press the red button on the top of the cap to dispense it into your hand...

Is the product okay to apply after serums?

It’s should be the last product you use … after toner , serum and moisturizer and before makeup (foundation) .

Is this water resistant?

No it’s not… I wish it was !
