Performance Twill Xl Campus Backpack, Botanical Beauty, One Size

I work in healthcare and wanted a sleek looking backpack that was both professional and practical. This backpack fit the bill! I use it everyday for work and it fits everything I need perfectly. I've had this backpack for two years and it still works like the day I bought it. I really like that it has two holders on the outside, where I usually keep a waterbottle in one and an umbrella in the other. This backpack is also my personal item on planes and just fits under the seat (I fly Delta). For travel especially, I really like the little zipper compartment on the back where I can put my phone, wallet and passport if needed for security against my back and for easy access to grab if I needed to. This backpack has survived several international vacations including beach vacations and a hike up a volcano! I love it so much, I'm going to buy a second one for when my first one eventually gives out.

I had this Vera Bradley backpack in my cart for a week or two debating on whether to order off the actual Vera Bradley website or on Amazon. I think this one was maybe just twenty or ten so dollars cheaper at the time. I carefully went through all the reviews with very few being negative for days. I was needing a bigger backpack to carry my MacBook Pro 16 inch laptop places and carry books to nursing school and kids snacks and a diaper or two and maybe a spare change of clothes for my son. I wanted it be cute and it be functional and versatile for whatever my day holds. I love Vera Bradley and own a few items but believe me when I say I searched and searched but this is one of the very few backpacks that was large enough and beautiful at the same time. It went on sale on Amazon and I just could not skip the chance on ordering this for way less than the actual website. This bag is so beautiful and comfortable with the big padded straps and the cool to the touch Twill. You can stash and organize just about anything you may need to bring with you in this XL backpack with as much space and zippers as it has. It even has a small one on the back side hidden but can fit more than what you think. Even with a load of its heavy this thing is so comfortable. I received my backpack in just a couple days. I was so nervous but when I opened it up it was wrapped very well and had tags on it and was clean, new, and without any tears or damages to anything. I love it! I definitely recommend for anyone who works on the go or college students. It would even make a fantastic diaper bag as I include a picture of it compared to my Itzy Ritzy XL diaper bag. The Vera Bradley takes the cake. Vera Bradley knows how to make an amazing backpack.

Vera Bradley had been our go to backpack for since my daughter was in preschool. Last year she wanted to take a break and try something new and trendy but we quickly realized we had made a huge mistake! So here we are back again finishing out middle school with a clear winning brand of backpacks. Vera Bradley is the only backpack that flawlessly combines style with comfort and functionality. Their backpacks holds up through the crazy every day life and turmoil that children out their backpacks through and even on the roughest of days- they are washable! The backpacks comfortably manage the weight of back breaking books, and they hold up well beyond the school year, so we are able to repurpose, pass along, or even resell which makes it a clear choice in value as well! For this particular bag- let me tell you, the pictures do not do this bag justice! It’s a beautiful bag and the silver toned zippers add just enough pop to give this all black backpack an added touch of sophistication and class. The material is not the usual Vera Bradley cotton and I was worried about it being black and collecting lint but I’m assuming due to the waterproof nature of this fabric lint isn’t a problem, yet it still has that soft cotton feel not like the usual plastic like waterproof products. There are so many pockets and space which is perfect for organizing a full class load with the addition of teen girl must haves for school and did I mention how beautiful this bag is!?! The floral liner is is very complimentary and adds just a small touch of color - think of it like unzipping a smile to help ease the pain of homework:-) I give this bag (and any Vera Bradley backpack) 10 out of 10 stars!

I was on a desperate search for the perfect travel backpack that offered the right organization throughout the entire backpack. Most only offer organization in the front pockets, while this beauty offers ORGANIZATION IN EVERY SINGLE POCKET. It's thoughtfully designed, expertly made and stitched, and made with thick, high-quality and durable fabric (not the cheap, crappy outlet fabric!). I got the olive color and I adore the green floral print inside, as it makes it highly visible where I can find what I'm looking for. There's a lot of space for everything you need and doesn't do that horrible thing that most backpacks do where they taper at the top.... it expands to be boxy to the very top, which means you ar maximizing every square inch of this backpack!! I wouldn't change a thing about it - I just love it do much!!! Worth every penny. Considering buying a second one in black. :)

I love this thing. It’s absolutely amazing for travel. I was using a similarly sized bag, but I found I was endlessly digging through trying to find things. The different pockets/compartments in this backpack make it really easy to organize all your stuff, the laptop compartment is nicely padded, and they bigger trolley sleeve means it sits more securely on top of a suitcase. The zippers are also really nice. I expect to use this for years - the quality is great.

I am so pleased with this backpack. It is extremely well-made. It looks great and has a ton of space with several zippered compartments. So far I've only used this for short weekend trips but I am looking forward to using this item as my personal carry-on item when I fly. It seems to be comfortable and not too heavy. I've bought some backpacks in the past that have been big disappointments but this one is definitely a keeper.

I was not sure about this bag but wow! I took it on my trip to Europe and it was a real asset. I packed a lot in it and carried it for 29 days through different countries. Really very happy with its usefulness and appearance as well as how well it held up!

I enjoy this backpack. I took it to Disneyland and was able to carry it full time without any major issues. I will say to be careful setting it down on certain surfaces as it can scuff up the fabric. That’s my only complaint. Overall I still love it, and agree that it’s worth the splurge. It has pockets for everything, a pocket for your luggage handle to go through, and it’s oriented well to hold a laptop safely. I would definitely repurchase.

The" Vera Bradley Women's Performance Twill XL Campus Backpack Bookbag" perfectly fit my teen's delicate choice of backpack. The classical but chic appeal really workout for my artist high schooler. The plus side of a "bookbag" is, there are 7 sections with zippers and 4 pockets where my teens fits all her school materials daily. The silky and soft texture yet sturdy and durable makes the "Vera Bradley Backpack "a top pick especially for teens!

While this bag was a little on the pricey side, I took a chance and ordered it. I wouldn't dream of returning it - I can't imagine a better overnight bag that helps keep everything organized perfectly, and I'm not a light packer. I love it!!
