Taste great!!! My daughter has allergies to gluten soy and corn. So I have a hard time finding pasta that has none of these ingredients. It’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth it for my daughter to eat pasta again and not feel guilty about making a pasta dish. 😂

These noodles have a great texture and flavor! My family had no idea they weren't traditional pasta! Will purchase again.

The product is a pretty decent substitution for regular pasta. It actually has protein in it, as other pastas don't. It cooks up a little bit sticky, though the flavor is good. In general, it's a pricey product, but this seller had a decent price and if you buy more than one, you'll save on the shipping costs.

Is perfect pasta texture and flavor.

Delicious. I am cutting out most Gluten and corn. I have eaten the Penne two times, once with a spaghetti sauce and once with an Alfredo sauce. Both were delicious. No change in my appreciation of pasta.

Best, best, best gluten free pasta ever. I have tried them all and let me tell you this pasta is the best by far. It cooks up well and stays pliable after cooking. Most gluten free pasta seems to get stiff and breaks up easily, especially if you cook it and plan to use it the next day. I made macaroni salad with this pasta and the salad was wonderful two days later. It cooked up and stayed just like regular pasta. In fact, you would never have know it was gluten free. Great product!!!

I liked the taste of this pasta as well as the ingredients used. 5g of protein which is good especially since we don’t eat a lot of meat. Slightly expensive as most “healthier” pasta options are but it was comparable/lower than many I looked at Cook time says 8-12 minutes. Initially when I cooked for 8min the outside of the pasta had the slimy/mushy texture but the inside was more aldente. I then cooked for 2 extra minutes making the total cook time 10 min and while the pasta was still structured it did have a mushier texture than “standard” gluten pasta. I did actually like it though, my picky toddler liked it, and as my emotionless husband said will “probably” eat it again Will try to cook 9min and see if it makes a difference with texture, also to note I feel less sluggish/weighed down after eating which is a huge positive!

Trying to keep carbs and gluten down I have searched for a substitute that is good tasting. Corn based products are close but I prefer a healthier choice. Very excited when I found these. Quinoa basically has very little taste so it must be mixed with something flavorful otherwise it's quite flat tasting. This works in it's favor when cooking most foods. I love this product but it is expensive as are all healthier choices. I recommend it.

Muy mala consistencia, aún con las indicaciones que dice la caja se deshizo, la pasta es mucho más arroz que quinoa y el precio es altisimo para esta porquería, no vale la pena
