Arrived super quick and was easy to put in, not too flimsy and I am really pleased with the result

Just write not to big and not to small good quality and value

ok shape and size but not overly strong, sides started coming in with weight of sand and dirt around it. Had to take it out and re-do and same again epically if the ground is drenched and your garden is on a slope. If you are putting stones around the edge for decoration ensure they do not rest on the pond as this will bend the edge in

Good starter pond. Was a bit worried it would be mega flimsy after reading previous reviews but pretty much exactly the same as more expensive pond forms sold at garden centres. Edges kept their shape under the weight of water but the deeper ledges collapsed a bit. Only minor complaint is the description said there was an escape route for animals but must be a generic description as this particular pond had no such ladder etc, so I'm going to have to build up some rocks inside it so the frogs can climb out!

To start with the pond arrived crushed and the box was crushed and open, there was no padding around the pond to stop this happening in transit, the pond itself is very flimsy and folds in and buckles (we researched how to fit a pond properly) I contacted the company and sent a photo of how it arrived but they considered it wasn’t crushed enough to warrant a free return, so due to the cost of returning it (£20+)I decided to keep it, I think it is the worst purchase I’ve ever made and the company were not helpful at all, we’ve set it up but it’s buckled in on itself and created gaps around the edges, it is definitely not fit for purpose, I think it won’t be long before I scrap it…. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

Bought this despite poor reviews...DPD messaged me to say they couldn't deliver next day and to contact them to arrange delivery despite being next day prime...I therefore cancelled and bought a better one locally...They delivered it while I was out a day later without letting me know, leaving it in my garage and when I tried to return it they said I was responsible for postage...this package is almost 6ft long and would've cost me more than its worth so I decided to use it as a secondary pond... The pond itself is quite flimsy but I managed to dig it in without damaging it, others have mentioned that the top lip is very flimsy and it is, but this worked to my advantage...because of its flimsyness its impossible to get it 100% level as it moves slightly and changes shape when filling it with water, I reinforced the shelves with wooden batons as i filled it and I turned the 'lip' upwards to compensate in areas that weren't level and once the edges were covered it looks OK....In short, don't buy this if you think you can send it back and be aware its not as rigid as described but if you take time and protect it from damage as you install it it looks fine and about a fifth of the price as a decent quality pond of a similar size...

Good size for a medium sized garden. It has varying levels It arrived quite dented. But leaving it in the sun on a hot day enabled the dents to be popped back into shape!
