Harney & Sons Fresh Brew Indigo Punch Herbal Iced Tea, 15 Tea Bags

At first I had very mixed feelings about this delicious iced tea. I have to admit there was a level of disappointment because this tea is indeed NOT blue/indigo colored and after seeing the color from my first batch, my heart fell just a bit. But honestly I can't blame the company or Amazon. I actually went to the Harney & Sons Website to find out why and regarding this specific tea it clearly states "The Iced Tea blend is different than the hot tea blend. There is more Hibiscus in the iced tea to give it more body. This means that the iced tea is a more reddish in color than hot tea. " and ALSO from their website "Please note that the mineral content of your water source will affect the color of the brew. Our photos use local spring water sourced from the Berkshires. If the color of your brew is different, please consider trying an alternative water source. ". Knowing that I can now review this tea honestly. The flavor alone is wonderful. it's a dewy spring morning on the palate; it's Flowerful, sweet, refreshing and delightful. It still has a very pretty color. If you want a fabulous glass of herbal ICED tea, this is it. If you require purple/indigo colored iced tea, this is not it. I'm going to order the loose leaf tea next of this flavor just because I really want to experience the color as well and see what the difference in flavor is.

This tea taste so refreshing and smell so good..I will be ordering more..the price is just right.

Very easy to make ice tea with these individual tea bags. The taste is mild, with hints of fruity floral notes.

I got pretty excited when I saw this Harney and Sons iced tea and I was just sure I would love it because this brand is a favorite of my family. Oh what a disappointment though, I smelled it before I even got it out of the package it came in and it wasn’t a smell that I liked. It’s definitely a floral scent that kind of overpowers the rest of the tea components. I expected a berry scent with a slight floral scent but it’s reversed. I tried it anyway and although it wasn’t horrible, it was a taste I can live without. I couldn’t tell if it helped me to relax or not but I drank it in the middle of the day. I found the price to be ok, this tea brand usually runs high because it generally has quality teas. One teabag made a pitcher of tea and I have to say that it’s a gorgeous color! If you’re not put off by the smell, it can be a very refreshing summer drink. I’m not going to waste this tea, I will drink it all and if I can find out if it’s good for falling asleep, I’ll edit this review!

I love this tea. It requires no sweetener. And the flavor is absolutely awesome.

Not super strong but a nice healthy caffeine free option to stay hydrated. Beautiful colors first brew and not a bad light brew on a 2nd batch 2 cup double brew with one bag.
