I received mine and color of metal pieces are not even like the picture. How do i get one that does look like the picture?

return it. Mine was just like the picture.

Which lightbulbs do you suggest? I like the ones pictured

I use 15 watt, B10 bulbs. They are like the ones pictured.

What color is the cord ?

It's black. I had planned on painting it and have never gotten around to it. Now I don't mind it at all. Its a great chandelier

Got the chandelier. How to recognize neutral wire?

Confused by your question.. it's a two wire lamp. Probably two brown wires and a ground. Just wire nut the two browns to hot and neutral doesn't matter which.. and ground to ground.
