chairs look really good quality for price paid. chair backs are lower than I thought and slope back slightly however seem to be comfortable enough to sit on. Advice for assembly.... the legs come in two pieces which cross over and secure in middle with a bolt. if the holes in the legs don't then align with the pre-drilled holes in the chair you need to separate the two pieces and rotate one before reassembling and this should correct the issue. Also the first bag of fixings was short of one washer however there were extras with one of the other chairs. Only took me around 20 mins to assemble each chair. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful chairs. Easy to put together but the side bits that flick up snap very easy if you don't stand and sit right

Bought these but they looked different from the pictures. The backrest is too reclined and they are a bit wobbly.I tried to return them but the seller mostly responds with automatic messages and said the only customer service they provide is for damaged items. As my issue was it was not as described I would have to pay to ship it back.I had to use Amazon A to Z guarantee to get the return shipping paid and they still refused to refund me of the shipping charges incurred for sending me this AWFUL product. In the end, Amazon has settled the issue with giving me a gift card. I would avoid this seller at all cost especially giving buying things online does not allow to actually see and feel how things are so you might be wasting money.Avoid!!!!!!!!!!

First chair arrived but I wasn't able to assemble them as holes in chair seats didn't correspon with legs. However, after a few messages and pictures to seller, replacement seats were sent. They've been fitted, sat on and look great in my reception area. Thank you!
