Worthless and used product
Worst product ever purchased It’s a complete waste of money It is such a low quality mask and it will make your hair dry and hard. I received a used product and I made a complaint with the Amazon services, which they denied in the second time after keeping me on hold for 20mins plus in the first call. The Amazon services have been depleting day by day. I gave proofs of the product being used, the dried product on the rim of the lid and funky smell it gave every time I opened it but no help from Amazon. Pathetic.

Can't talk less about this mask, ofcc it's pricey but the peace it brings to the dry and frizzy hairs is unbelievable! I've low porosity hair so I use it with steamed towel, got amazingg one use results! Go for it if you look to caln the frizz down, making hairs soft shiny and manageable!

The hair mask is very good. I believe that the product is original, even though the price is slightly cheaper. It has been produced in India, I have double checked the price on official L’Oréal professional (India) website, and it’s cheaper there as well. The product has arrived in good condition, the texture is fantastic!
