Best vitamin!
I used to have terrible period cramps, my hair was thinning, my skin is sensitive and used to breakout a lot. I took this vitamin for one and a half month and almost all of my problems were gone except period cramps but it was bearable. I took a break for a month and then my symptoms started appearing again. So, now I taking this vitamin again and I’m not gonna stop! I love it. I think every women having hormonal issues should give it a try!
