Husband loves
Husband loves the small size that fits in his pocket while he is doing carpentry work. The battery has a shorter life than a regular size phone but he does not use for much more than calling and texting.

NO Battery Life!!! None!!!
I really like the phone! However the battery life is appalling. Since you have to charge it 2 to 3 times a day the small size helps bc you have room in your pocket for the portable charger/power cel you will NEED to keep it powered on. Severe disappointment!!!!!!!

Good phone
Awesome little sidekick. I'm using it now to type this review! I've used it on AT&T and Verizon flawlessly. You might wanna hollow out the sim door gently with a paperclip to have regular access with a paperclip or other normal size sim-door tools. Just twist the paperclip gently until it passes through the existing hole, the sim door is made of soft aluminum so it will look neat after the fact. The provided clip is too thin/frail to use more than once or twice .

Good if used correctly
The main thing to know is that this should not be used for a primary phone because what makes it good for portability makes it bad for ergonomics. It is great if you use it as I do as a backup for my big iPhone. I use it for walks, runs, biking - anything where you don't want a big heavy phone. This tiny phone lets me get my music, podcasts and audiobooks without the hassle of my big phone. However, I would never try to use it as a replacement for the bigger phone. It is just too small. The tiny screen makes it almost impossible to text unless you have the fingers of a 5-year-old. Likewise, for anything that requires you to use the keyboard. As for battery life, I can get 4-5 hours for the activities I described. So the bottom line is that it makes a good backup for activities where you want something small and light

Compact and easy to use.
I’ve bough maybe a total of six of these phones because of their compactness. I actually use them to store information such as recipes and actually I do stream movies in them like Netflix. As small as the screen is I can still see the movies and hear it clearly. The battery doesn’t last that very long. I’ve even used the gps to get me to a location. Easy to carry around your pocket or even a wallet.

Does not work on a network
This phone only works in countries that support 3G. Do not buy unless you want a play phone or internet only.

Great phone for working out
As someone who loves running outside, I’ve really enjoyed using my Palm while exercising. It’s far less bulky and heavy compared to other smartphones and pairs perfectly with my AirPods. I can slip it inside the pocket of my yoga pants and I forget it’s there. It was so easy to download Spotify, find my favorite running playlist, and hit the lakefront trail with my Palm. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys being active without being weighed down by their phone.

Great idea, poor execution
Disappointed with this phone. I bought it to have a streaming device to use while running. The size is great, I bought the sleeve that goes with it and you hardly notice it's there on a run. Unfortunately the bluetooth only works at close range...very close. With the phone in the sleeve in my forearm, if I lean down to stretch, my earbuds (Samsung Galaxy IconX) lose signal. If I turn my head to either direction, my earbuds lose signal. Now it's not the earbuds, I can leave my other phone on the bench and walk around my workshop and bluetooth works fine. The actual reception to the mobile network isn't that strong either. There are places I run with my larger phone and not lose LTE signal, this phone constantly loses signal which prevents me from streaming....which is the main purpose of this phone. Also the GPS does not function well at all...which is said because the GPS on my much smaller Fitbit Ionic works fine. Cute phone, great idea but poor execution.

Ticks all boxes for light use, mobility and user-friendliness
This is ideal for my early morning walks. I use it mainly for music and books. I'm an Apple fan and this is my first Android phone. If iPhones continue their upsize trend, I might have to make Palm my main phone.
