Hi which support level is this? i want soft.

It is very soft. Has to be fluffed often. After one night it makes the mattress look like it is sagging. Really like it though.

I just bought a set. They came in in a big box. Do I still need to fluff them?

Mine were out of the box and ready to use. I read that if you put in a dryer for 10 min that will flufff the pillow, but I didn't think it was necessary. Best pillow I've ever used!

Can i please have a barcode for these? i've slept on a pacific coast pillow that i loved, the barcode i'm looking for is 025521238374

That barcode doen't come up on amazon, ebay or google for that matter. All I know is this pillow is best pillow I've ever had. I got the set of 2 queens - tried king, but too big. Good luck.

Was going to purchase but now now not sure. Do they really smell

Hi , In response to your Do they really smell? Mine had no odor ,have had them 9 months and there great. Like the comfort ,firmness and texture. Again I read same thing and mine had NO odor or smell
