After using this twice, the plastic water container has a crack in it, and it wont stay closed, but i can't write a review. Why?

It says this is a “facial steamer mist spray”? But I’ve read a few comments that say it’s only a mister? I’m wanting a facial steamer for my facial.

This is only a mister for lashes. This is so small that is barely sprays any mist. This doesnt get hot so it's not a steamer at all.
