Needs a non return valve
Nice pump but needs a non-return valve (check valve) . Water flows back through the flexible hose provided when switching off causing the hose to collapse. The pump hasn’t the power to re inflate the flattened hose when starting again.

Happy but cautious
Good suction and empties my hot tub pretty quickly and a large volume at a time.Not sure it’s meant to be leaking the way it is in the video.Overall I’m happy with the product, just a bit concerned of why it’s leaking the way it is.
