Nice vest but you need to go up a couple sizes.
A nice workout vest! I wear this almost daily when I either go for a run or head to the gym. It does an excellent job of increasing the sweat in my workouts for me and it doesn’t annoy me like other shirts or vest of this type. I myself do recommend that if you decide to get this go at least two sizes up. Anything less than that then you may have issues trying to zip it up or if you manage to zip it then it will be extremely tight and very uncomfortable. Overall I like my vest and I will keep on using it to however long it will last.

Horrible sizing …
I am 5’11”, weigh -220lbs. Take XL logo t- shirts & 3 button golf shirts. Both have adequate room for comfortable wearing, especially in the Central Florida summers. I ordered 4-5XXL VEST. It was sooo small couldn’t zip the item. Also tried the pull over same result. Couldn’t get it over my shoulders. The sizing of these articles is horrible.

Works with durability issues
Have bought several of these. The fit is fine and they work for making you sweat. The issue I've experienced several times is the zipper coming off of the vest. This has happened 3 times now and durability is an issue.

Sauna sausage link
Its snug l/xl. But its my second one. I have both black and camouflage and can now rotate them daily. If your fat (beer belly) its NOT GOING TO FIT! I am 57 yr 5'11" 205 (was 300lbs) . This sauna zipper shirt works 💪 and you will sweat and have forced posture. You are deffinetly a sausage in a tight casing.

Me llego un día antes de tiempo programado. El chaleco es de tela delgada, la costura se ve de calidad , en la parte inferior tiene una delgada linea antiderrapante , cierre de buena calidad. Originalmente era un regalo para mi papá (hombre de 60 años que le gusta salir a correr) le pedi talla L/XL sin embargo le quedo pequeño (no le cerro), creo que la talla sería ideal para un hombre bien trabajado (sin panza) o talla 32. Volvere a pedirla pero ahora en talla 4X Grande esperando que venga más amplia y volveré a escribir la reseña después de que la utilice , por ahora el producto se ve de buena calidad.

Excellent confortable même si prés du corps ,ne gêne en rien les mouvements et fait transpirer à souhait....Je recommande fortement surtout avec la fermeture éclair parce que les autres modéles sans ferméture sont presque impossible à enlever aprés avoir transpirer
