Excellent skewers, good quality steel, smooth finish, sharp and easy to use. We use them for shrimp in our deep fryer, they got perfectly and work extremely well plus they look professional.

The skewers are great for BBQ. The material is stainless steel, so they are sturdy, don’t require soaking before use and are easy to use and clean. I bought both sizes- 8 and 10 inch. The 10-inch ones fit on the wire rack on top of a baking pan bought as a set and across a regular baking pan, both lined with parchment paper to catch the liquids. Good value for money.

We have two residences in two different states, we travel back and forth between the two constantly. This was enough skewers that I could take some to our apartment and keep some at home as well. The value is on beatable for the amount of skewers that you get as well as the quality. I've taken a picture of the skewers at home, which have been used many times and gone through many scrubbings and dishwasher cycles, and there is no rust as you can plainly see. I never knew I would appreciate having thin skewers such as these until I bought them and used them. They are sturdy and pierce through meat and vegetables with the greatest of ease. I use them mostly to hold my chicken cordon bleu together after they are rolled up. I've thrown all my other skewers away and I'm not looking back.

These would be great for tough meats because they are super sharp. The ends are much more pointed and sharp than the ones you buy in a brick and mortar store. While it’s good for food preparation, you would have to remove the food from the skewers before serving if you have kids around, they’re that sharp. While the kids around here don’t typically eat food on skewers, it would make me nervous to even have them on the dinner table.

Who makes kabobs in the air fryer? I do now! Why? I threw some excess cubed chicken thighs in the AF one night along with a few veggie scraps cuttings. It wasn't enough to fill a regular skewer and too much to top off the skewers I had prepped. Well fast forward: the marinated kabob pieces from the AF were amazing! So the hunt for AF sized skewers was on!! These won. These wash well, are super sharp, take oiling well, and easily hold 4+ ounces meat. That makes them great for grilling kid sized kabobs too! Five of these fit in my air fryer basket at a once and they work perfectly. Kabobs whenever now with that grill char!!

I cannot offer a very encouraging review regarding the stainless steel skewers. I purchased them and intended to return them, but I missed the return window, so I ended up keeping them. The quality of the stainless steel material used in their production is not top-notch—minor discoloration occurs—but the price is reasonable. Ultimately, the decision is entirely up to you.
